The Emma Award was established in 1962 at the International Honor Society Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, to reward youth and youth societies that have made outstanding contributions to public service and the advancement of women. The award, named after Emma, honors an outstanding woman, Emma L. Conlon, who was the former president of the International Honor Society.
 
In order to expand the participation of young people in empowering and serving women and children, each branch has established Golden Z Clubs or Z Clubs, which is one of the key work projects actively promoted by Zonta International in recent years.
 
Encourage Chong She Youth Club and Youth Club to cooperate with Chong She's mission and vision to participate in the service plan to use the Internet, media, and SMS to speak out.
 
Under the sponsorship and guidance of the parent society, by participating in activities such as school, community and international service, he cultivates his leadership ability, international outlook and study career planning, and actively cares for the disadvantaged groups in the society who need help.
