We are honoured to have the pleasure of inviting Mr. Lian Tang-Kai, Director of the Taipei City Legal Affairs Bureau.
Lian was the presiding attorney of Taihe Law Firm, and the legal advisor of Chiang Wan-an and many other legislators.
