We are honored to have former Vice President Lu Hsiu-lien (呂秀蓮) as our guest speaker. Former
Vice President Lu will analyze various international conventions and agreements in history from the perspective of public international law, and explore the status of our country's existence in public international law from the perspective of jurisprudence.
Through her own experience, she will tell us the core values of democracy and urge lawmakers to maintain them.
