Ways to choose the President and the Core Members
Art.32：All the member of the association have the right to become the president.
Art.33-1：The president will decided by the volunteer or the dictions of the voting before the end of the semester. For one semester and couldn’t continue.
Art.33-2：The grade before the semester should be at least 75, with the record demerits but the grade is up to 65 should be known by the school.
Art.33-3：Intensity drop out, transfer, exchange, score less than standard, four reasons may withdraw from the election.
Art.33-4：The person who joined the department association or others club for more than six months experience, are eligible.
Art.34：The voting adopt one person one vote system, have to be vote by the own member and couldn’t have written any symbols and names, the violator will be seem as invalid votes.
Art.35：The person with the higher vote become the president, if there are two the same, vote again between the same. If the situation that no one is nominated or no one volunteers happens, then the current year's junior members who has qualifications will be listed and selected by the other members.
Art.36:The impeachment and removal of the president. If the president do something let the member feel bad during his/her reign, with 1/3 people join signature of the proposal, after held on a meeting and is agreed by 2/3 people, the removal has pass.
Art.37-1：The vice president of the main office nominates by the organization head, only want the member of society congress attendant 1/2 above agreements pass.
Art.37-2：Intensity drop out, transfer, exchange,three reasons may withdraw from the election.
Art.37-3：Other mass organizations or the class and grade cadre hold the post of half year above experience, all has the qualifications.
Art.37-4： Impeachment of and recall the main office vice-president, if vice-president reigns the period has any one lets the member of society think ill no matter what the matter, after must pass through 1/3 above member of society proposal joint signature, holds the member of society congress to vote, and above 2/3 agrees after all member of society, causes through the recall.
Art.38：Student conductor will be the volunteer and ask for the help form the last one, and will vote by all the members in the association.
Art.39-1：Main office each organization all cadre, assigns by the organization head to select, only want the member of society congress attendant 1/2 above agreements pass.
Art.39-2：Impeachment of and recall the main office cadre, if the cadre reigns the period has any one lets the member of society think ill no matter what the matter, after must pass through 1/3 above member of society proposal joint signature, holds the member of society congress to vote, and above 2/3 agrees after all member of society, causes through the recall.
