Art.26：

(1.)The code members will decide how much funds should be hand in by the members.

(2.)The grants from school.

(3.)The reward of the performance.

(4.) After midterm join a club charge a fee of 70% club, after concert charge a fee of 60%.

Art.27：the mechanism of refund

(1.) Get full refund if quit the association aftertwo week of the new semester.

(2.) Get 50 percent refund if quit the association after two week to before the midterm of the semester.

(3.) Quit the association after the midterm will have no refund.

Art.28：If there are important activities which need the extra funds, have to go through the procedure of the school and get it.
